Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours cancellation notice when canceling all appointments. We understand life happens, however, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, directly online. We would like the opportunity to extend the time slot to another guest on the waitlist. If the appointment is not canceled your card will be charged $50.
Late Appointments
We extend a 15 minutes grace period, We understand circumstances arise beyond your control. However, we ask that give us a courtesy call in the unlikely event you're running late. After 15mins your appointment will reschedule and or cancel.
The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays. All calls and or text will be answered on Tuesday.
